(Taiwan) Ltd., Italia Marittima S.p.A., Evergreen Marine (UK) Ltd., Evergreen Marine (Hong Kong) Ltd. and Evergreen Marine (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (hereinafter collectively called the "Carriers") under the domain name www.shipmentchain.com ('ShipmentChain Website').
